Responsibilities

Work with the product team to refine requirements

Define test plans for you and the QA team to execute.

Create automated tests.

Maintain and expand the test automation framework.

Work with the engineering team to report issues and perform analysis to help find a root cause.

Communicate with the team on the project testing status.

Review QA practices and implement continuous process improvement based on key metrics.

Review the QA road map (adding projects as necessary) and prioritize projects.

Work with QA engineers to implement QA best practices.

Required

A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline.

3+ years in test automation.

Knowledge of web applications, databases, and web APIs.

Proficiency with SQL and at least one scripting language like python, ruby, or JavaScript – python preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

Linux experience is preferred.
