Responsibilities
Plan and secure all workshop logistics including venues, catering, accommodations, transportation, registration, materials preparation, technology setup, and on-site support.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients attending the workshop and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional, friendly manner.
Advocate on behalf of the program delivery team to coordinate needs and materials for programs, workshops, and 1-1 coaching.
Maintain accurate records of workshop attendance, expenses, and feedback.
Gather and analyze post-workshop feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Work with the operations team to add data to our customer relationship management tool(Salesforce) and Professional Service Automation tool( PSA).
Act as point of contact for materials vendor, shipping, and tracking
Assist in planning internal events by coordinating logistics such as venue selection, catering, and material preparation.

Required
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in client support, planning, project coordination, or a similar background
Strong client and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
High proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Zoom, project management software, and knowledge of material shipping and tracking
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
