Responsibilities

Develop creative assets for brand campaigns, social media, performance marketing, and high-impact activations across web, video, and more.

Evolve Rula’s brand identity, ensuring a seamless and compelling experience across all touchpoints and channels.

Work on diverse projects, from creative concept development to execution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including web, product, marketing, and sales, as well as external agencies and partners.

Required

4+ years of professional experience as a Brand Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role

Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

A portfolio showcasing expertise in typography, design principles, color usage, and current design trends across digital and print

Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate design choices and present ideas

Preferred

1+ years of experience at a high-growth start-up

Experience with motion graphics or video editing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere)

Knowledge of HTML/CSS for collaborating on web and digital projects

Experience using AI for image creation and creative exploration

Background in both in-house and agency work

Experience planning and managing mid-to-large scale projects from concept to completion
