Responsibilities

In partnership with the department manager, you'll develop, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards

Maintain staff by interviewing, selection, and hiring

Maintain in-depth working knowledge of the company’s systems and processes

Train new and existing employees

Accomplish department objectives by planning, assigning, and directing work

Provide supervision and technical assistance to team members to attain departmental and organizational goals

Coach, counsel, and address employee performance and corrective action plans on a timely basis

Author and discuss with employee’s performance appraisals

Prepare documentation and reports on routine customer correspondence for future reference purposes

Ensures a safe, secure, and legal work environment

Billing ExperiencePerformance ReviewsComputer Literacy

Required

To be 18 years of age or older

Authorization to work in the United States for this company

Ensure a safe, secure, and legal work environment

Proven ability to lead and manage a team, including performance reviews and employee development

Several years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or related field

Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and internal customers

Eye for detail and accuracy

Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic

Strong organizational skills

Computer literacy and a working knowledge of reporting

Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Capable of making timely, independent decisions
