Responsibilities

Oversee the design, creation, and seamless delivery of various products for our federal clients

Ensure their products solve the client’s big problems

Collaborate with management, engineering, and operations teams

Lead and manage cross-functional agile teams within a SAFe environment

Foster collaboration among designers, developers, testers, and product owners to achieve optimal results

Shape product vision and strategy

Evaluate ideas, prioritize features, analyze data, and adhere to market, product, and federal requirements

Maintain quality, organization, and clear communication with teams and clients

Required

8+ years full product lifecycle experience working with quickly growing, technically focused companies.

Proven expertise in leading and managing cross-functional agile teams within a SAFe environment, dedicated to delivering user-centric products.

Skilled in fostering collaboration among designers, developers, testers, and product owners to achieve optimal results.

Understanding of multiple disciplines such as Product Management, Engineering, Design, Sales, etc.

Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving and delivering solutions by collaborating with design and development teams.

Skilled in shaping product vision and strategy, evaluating ideas, prioritizing features, analyzing data, and adhering to market, product, and federal requirements.

An eye for quality, organization, and clear communication with teams and clients.

Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically

Must be able to attain low-level security clearance

Bachelor’s degree
