Responsibilities

Manage and grow all company social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, engagement, and community building.

Develop and execute engaging content strategies, including social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and videos, to promote the company and its services.

Assist with the design and management of brand elements such as logos, promotional materials, and marketing collateral, ensuring consistent brand identity across all platforms.

Coordinate company events and sponsorships, ensuring they align with strategic marketing goals and maximize brand visibility.

Plan and implement strategic marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth objectives.

Work closely with the leadership team to align marketing strategies with business goals and present progress reports.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proficiency in Adobe Express (or similar creative tools like Canva, Photoshop, etc.).

Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and experience in managing and growing these platforms.

A creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual branding.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.

Experience in organizing and managing marketing events and sponsorships is a plus.

Willing to learn and develop skills further, grow with the company, and adapt to new tools and technologies.

Preferred

This role is great for a young professional looking to gain experience in a hands-on marketing position with growth potential.

Open to candidates with marketing experience who are looking for a long-term position to shape and lead marketing initiatives.
