Responsibilities

Interview stakeholders to understand user requirements.

Document, analyze and prioritize business and user requirements.

Translate business requirements into clear, accurate and concise functional requirements.

Perform user acceptance testing and control policies.

Work with scrum team to refine user stories.

Regularly engage in agile activities including sprint planning and backlog grooming.

Provides input regarding optimal solutions to meet business needs, manage project deliverables, and meet delivery commitments.

Continuous hands-on learning of OneStream’s comprehensive, unified CPM platform as you strive to become a product expert.

Maintain close relationships with Business Partners, Customers, and Customer-facing OneStreamers so that you can align customer use cases to stakeholder product requirements.

Required

BA/BS Degree in Information Technology, Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience, preferably with exposure to software development.

1-3 years of experience in software development life cycle (SDLC) activities such as analysis, requirements gathering, system design, testing and implementation.

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

Strong listening, verbal, public speaking, and written communication skills.

Experience working in an Agile environment.
