Responsibilities

Meet GMV and Revenue goals
Establish processes and techniques to develop relationships with key decision makers to drive commitment, understand their motivators and develop joint plans to increase annual contract value through partnership
Work closely with the EVP of Revenue Expansion to refine and implement effective sales processes that support business goals
Provide voice of customer internally, and ensure our solutions meet the needs of the market
Develop and deliver training for CSM team, ensuring alignment with business strategies. Effectively manage and uplevel your direct reports to drive a high-performing CSM team who consistently delivers strong results
Innovate and improve; bring new ideas to make our internal and external processes better
Manage sales pipelines, forecasts and progress tracking through the sales cycle within Churnzero and Salesforce
Oversee the research, entry, and continuous improvement of critical client data, ensuring accuracy across all business areas.
Produce detailed reports, identifying KPIs, tracking trends, and measuring sales performance.
Build company credibility, brand value, and trust with clients
Participate in and support key initiatives such as tradeshows and conferences.
Oversee communication management for internal and external use, competitive analyses, and market research on new tools and tactics.

Required

8+ years of sales, sales management, or management consulting experience with a digital/financial product background
Consistent track record of leading strong teams
Highly developed social skills and ability to establish relationships both internally and with clients
Outgoing teammate who enjoys working cross-functionally and establishing links within the organization
Recognizes & seeks out new opportunities, drives projects to completion quickly, and navigates ambiguity
Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks concurrently
Excellent communication, sales, and listening skills and the ability to teach these skills to others
Attention to Detail: You thrive on accuracy and ensure every detail is correct.
Data-Driven: You value precise data and understand its role in driving business success.
