Responsibilities

Build and manage relationships with small business clients, positioning Openforce as a critical partner for their 1099 workforce management, compliance, insurance enablement and settlement processing needs.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, expanding platform adoption within existing accounts.
Own the sales cycle from lead generation to close, providing demos, developing proposals, and maintaining strong client connections.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support for each client.

Required

3+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally calling on small to mid-sized clients (within transportation or logistics is a plus).
Familiarity with independent contractor compliance needs.
Proven track record in consultative sales and consistently meeting sales targets.
