Responsibilities
Act as the SimpliGov technical Subject Matter Expert and trusted advisor to key customer stakeholders.
Leverage your technical expertise to effectively understand and navigate customer requirements.
Gain insight into customer goals and challenges, aligning them with the capabilities of the SimpliGov platform.
Collaborate with the Sales team to evaluate and qualify customer opportunities, crafting and demonstrating innovative solutions to address their challenges.
Lead product demonstrations and deliver engaging presentations tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Capable communicator with a responsibility to respond to RFPs.
Participate in industry events and user groups as required.

Required
3+ years of experience in a presales solutions consultant, sales engineer, or similar role.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong presentation abilities.
Proven solutions engineering skills with an eye for detail and follow-through.
Analytical problem-solver, with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.
Self-starting and self-motivated.
