Responsibilities

Lead financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Provide proactive insights for data-driven decision-making and growth opportunities
Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to stakeholders
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for financial health and operational efficiency
Develop financial models, conduct ad-hoc analyses, and evaluate opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure financial alignment and support strategic initiatives
Utilize Netsuite expertise for accurate financial data analysis and process optimization
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulations

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Proven experience in FP&A management within a software products and services company.
Strong financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting skills.
Proficiency in Netsuite or similar ERP systems for financial data utilization.
Expertise in budgeting, planning, and variance analysis.
Solid understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and compliance.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred

MBA or CFA preferred.
