Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective survey strategies.

Analyze survey response rates and identify opportunities to improve completion rates.

Leverage best practices and innovative techniques to enhance survey engagement and user experience.

Conduct comprehensive post-survey analysis to uncover valuable customer insights.

Utilize advanced analytical techniques and data visualization tools to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.

Translate complex data into clear and concise insights that inform business decisions.

Develop and deliver compelling data-driven presentations to stakeholders across various levels of the organization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate insights and recommendations effectively.

Provide actionable recommendations to drive improvements in customer experience, product development, and business strategies.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in customer insights and analytics.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of customer insights initiatives.

Contribute to the development of a data-driven culture within the organization.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer insights, market research, or data analysis roles.

Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Experience in data analysis and visualization tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL Power BI).

Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

Preferred

Experience in the insurance industry preferred, but not required.
