Responsibilities

Configures and analyzes internal notes in TRAM to migrate into the new salesforce platform (VeRO portal) in the proper intellectual property fields.

Audit and review each case migrated through automation to ensure accuracy to maintain data standards/quality as well as identify potentially problematic data patterns and anomalies.

Review a variety of data sets that contain rights owner specific information and share findings with VeRO Policy team.

Work closely with a cross-functional project group of various business units including risk & compliance, GCX, CS Tech, Legal or other teams across Client's.

Collaborates and engages with partners working on the VeRO portal and participates in process improvement and automation initiatives.

Provide feedback on rights owners brand trends, patterns and key learnings.

Take part in weekly syncs to review updates, propose changes and identify potential gaps or risks/issues.

Communicate effectively with VeRO policy leadership team to identify and recommend potential process and policy improvements.

Assist in the development of training materials to address identified areas for improvement.
