Responsibilities
Administer Workiva Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) SaaS platforms owned and managed by the COTS Analytics team; develop and deploy data and reports to the users in accordance with business requirements
Participate in ongoing data and analytics lifecycle management activities, leveraging agile methodologies; contribute to sprint planning/grooming and backlog prioritization sessions
Develop and maintain documentation, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's), Quick Reference Guide (QRG's), and provide training and support to end-users; participate in stakeholder meetings and provide subject matter expertise on the use of Workiva
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues or errors, working closely with the Workiva support teams as needed; stay up-to-date with the latest Workiva platform updates and enhancements, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and making recommendations to management
Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and standard operating procedures, to ensure consistent and efficient use of the platform; build strong relationships with peers and business users, serving as a change agent to improve processes, products, and services
Communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff

Required
Minimum two years of recent experience administering and/or developing in Workiva
Minimum three years of recent business experience in data preparation, operational and management reporting, business intelligence, dashboarding, and ad hoc analytics
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, and SharePoint
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Preferred
Advanced SQL and Excel formula knowledge preferred
Solid understanding of data modeling and data relationships concepts
