Responsibilities
Dashboard Development and Maintenance : Design, develop, test, and implement intuitive dashboards and visualizations primarily in Tableau, meeting business reporting and visualization requirements. Additionally, Airtable can be explored as an alternative visualization and reporting platform.
Data Modeling and Integration : Work with medium-sized datasets and internal backend integrations to model, aggregate, and connect data points for visualization, ensuring functionality such as multi-dimensional filtering.
Analytics and Insights : Analyze operational and business performance metrics to provide actionable insights, enhancing decision-making and operational effectiveness.
Collaboration : Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective backend data integration and visualization alignment with business needs.

Required
Advanced expertise in Tableau
Proficiency in SQL for data querying and transformation
Experience integrating data from third-party systems, including Mailchimp, PlusPlus, Docebo, SurveyMonkey, Wistia, Contentful, Zendesk
Familiarity with data warehouses and backend systems for data integration
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex datasets
Ability to translate data into clear, actionable, and visually appealing insights
Demonstrated experience in intuitive dashboard design
Ability to build user-friendly, engaging, and dynamic visualizations
Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Preferred
Additional backend expertise
Familiarity with Airtable as an alternative visualization and reporting platform
