Responsibilities

Develop plans, establish timelines, and manage resources to successfully deliver projects

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are clearly defined and met

Monitor and track project progress, and identify and address risks and issues that may arise

Manage risks and dependencies associated with the project

Report out to stakeholders on status, risks and issues

Provide guidance, training, and support to project team members

Troubleshoot and resolve project-related issues

Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team

Develop and maintain project documentation

Required

Experience leading complex & greenfield software projects

Cross-functional experience with Product & Development

Experience in a customer-focused environment

Expert at presenting to stakeholders, including leadership (both internal and customer-side)

Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Knowledge of relevant software, such as Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence and Smartsheet

Technical expertise required; background in software programming preferred
