Responsibilities

Conduct the daily operation of assigned program.

Manage full-time faculty teaching in assigned program tracks.

Manage Academic Partners.

Oversee adjunct faculty regarding content specific accuracy of announcements, feedback, and grading.

Contribute to student recruitment, admissions, and progressions processes.

Evaluate the program, faculty, and student outcomes, including updating, collecting, and evaluating data.

Oversee program curriculum to ensure it includes courses and content that is current in consideration of industry standards/employment opportunities, and CEPH criteria.

Monitor and report on accreditation standards.

Develop, revise, and evaluate curriculum observing CEPH accreditation standards.

Support the accreditation process for annual reviews, self-studies, and new track development.

Assist the Executive Director with program budget requests.

Lead the MPH Curriculum and Evaluation Committee in compliance to CEPH standard.

Establish partnerships to further the mission of the program.

Management of people and processes are essential functions of this role.

Required

Doctoral degree required

Masters OR Doctorate required to be from a CEPH accredited school or program

3+ years of academic leadership experience

2+ years of public health field experience
