Responsibilities
Receive all support requests and promptly handle them.
Work on the most complex support issues for 70% of the day.
Mentor technical team members from the first tier for 30% of the day.
Diagnose and fix complex hardware and software issues for desktops, servers, cloud services, and networks.

Required
1 years of experience providing IT services to businesses working for an MSP on a helpdesk or 3 years with a single organization working on a help desk
Experience working on a technical support team, at a tier 2 or tier 3 level
Ability to diagnose and fix complex hardware and software issues for desktops, servers, cloud services, and networks
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent communication skills and professionalism
Strong passion for working with information technologies
Preferred
3 years experience providing IT services to businesses working for an MSP on a helpdesk or 5 years with a single organization working on a help desk
