Responsibilities
Oversee the client services team operations, ensuring processes are standardized and scalable to deliver consistent, high-quality client experiences.
Develop and implement professional playbooks, templates, and operating procedures to ensure alignment and efficiency across the department.
Strategically shape departmental operations to facilitate smooth start-ups for new client facilities and drive satisfaction across ongoing client relationships.
Monitor, analyze, and manage team performance metrics, identifying hot spots and implementing timely solutions to improve outcomes.
Collaborate with team members and clients to identify opportunities for revenue cycle improvements, streamlining operations, and enhancing results.
Facilitate impactful client communications, presentations, and project updates to maintain transparency and exceed expectations.
Act as a key liaison between Arietis Health and clients, troubleshooting issues, documenting resolutions, and creating a framework for continuous improvement.
Build systems to track and evaluate departmental performance, ensuring adherence to financial trends, cash flow, and billing effectiveness while proactively addressing challenges.
Champion a culture of excellence and compliance, adhering to the Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business
10+ years of experience, ideally at a technology-focused organization in Business Operations, Client Services, or Customer Success.
Fast and sound decision maker. Analytical enough to break down ambiguous problems, scrappy enough to get the info and orient themselves around any problem, wise enough to know what matters most and make a good decision despite lack of domain expertise.
Strong storyteller and communicator. Able to communicate at the right altitude with board members, executives, and leaders. Has off-the-charts presentations skills that package a lot of research/info into a cohesive story. It’s a pleasure to read short form (e.g. email) and long form docs (e.g. strategy) written by you.
Solid project management skills. Can create order out of chaos. Is energized by ambiguity and can create structure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Stays organized and doesn’t drop balls.
Influential leader. Great at collaborating with and influencing leaders across the org. Able to give direct feedback and hold people accountable without being destructive. Can lead large projects with nearly the same urgency and speed as the executive team.
Obsessed with culture. Views everything through the lens of culture and community and constantly has ideas for how to elevate our culture. Can come up with a great opening ice breaker or help design a new manager training because they can translate HR and business goals into creative ideas that energize people.
A systems thinker. Observes raw data in the form of behavior and actions across the company and identifies how to systematically improve workflows to drive efficiency and quality.
A kind human. who wants to build an extraordinary product, culture and brand.
