Responsibilities

Improve ARR from new customers subscribing through free newsletters and real-time alerts

Strategically optimize newsletter content, subject lines, and internal ad units to increase engagement and conversion.

Track and analyze subscriber growth, retention, and conversion metrics; implement improvements based on performance data.

Regularly review best practices and competitive strategies in email marketing from industry leaders like Morning Brew, MarketWatch, and WSJ.

Partner with the Paid Acquisition and Biz Dev teams to drive newsletter subscriptions, working closely with the News team to ensure content quality and editorial alignment.

Oversee subscriber growth initiatives, including collaboration with social media marketers to promote newsletter signups on platforms like X.com and LinkedIn.

Leverage available resources, including designers, developers, and data analysts, to enhance newsletter optimization efforts.
