Responsibilities

Serve as the primary client contact, building relationships with executive, portfolio, and site-level stakeholders to deliver value from onboarding through renewal.

Drive client satisfaction and loyalty through engagement initiatives, case studies, and building referenceable relationships.

Expand existing accounts by identifying new opportunities and executing strategies to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.

Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure retention, account expansion, and long-term client value.

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and referral sources to deepen client partnerships.

Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs, resolve escalations, and align solutions with customer goals.

Act as the customer advocate, providing feedback to product and operations teams to enhance offerings.

Partner with customers to define success metrics, track progress, and achieve measurable results.
