Integrating and automating incident management tooling
Responding and triaging incidents
Monitoring alerts
Moving incidents thoughtfully to resolution
Ensuring proper communication
Conducting operational excellence reviews post incident

Required
A deep understanding of how to troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and applications
Experience with incident response in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
Experience with DevOps concepts and software engineer collaboration
7+ years of work experience in operations, incident response, and/or devops.
Experience working alongside and leading high-performance teams who can make decisions in fast-paced environments.
Experience leading in a cross-functional team environment
Exceptional problem-solving
Experience with API integrations and automations
