Responsibilities
Leading and managing a team of great engineers which includes being responsible for the planning, executing and direction of the team.
Provide technical leadership, guidance and support while nurturing a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive culture.
Ability to successfully breakdown technical items in discussions with the business users.
Strong verbal and written communication skills directed at both technical and non-technical audiences.
Capable of taking direction from senior leadership and translating into concrete next steps and actions.

Required
Strong experience with Angular, GoLang, React and AWS
10+ years experience in software development/web application development, specializing in microservices architecture
5+ years experience leading multi-disciplinary teams of designers and developers
Proven track record of architecting and delivering enterprise-level reliable and scalable solutions
Experience working with FHIR, HL7 formats
Provide technical leadership, guidance and support while nurturing a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive culture
Ability to successfully breakdown technical items in discussions with the business users
Strong verbal and written communication skills directed at both technical and non-technical audiences
Capable of taking direction from senior leadership and translating into concrete next steps and actions
Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically
Must be able to attain low-level security clearance
