Responsibilities
Client Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, fostering strong relationships and maintaining regular communication to understand client needs and objectives.
Project Coordination : Manage and coordinate project workflows with internal account, design, and development teams, ensuring alignment on project timelines, deliverables, and brand strategy.
Strategic Leadership : Advise clients on brand positioning, creative direction, and marketing strategies that align with both their business objectives and market trends.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with the design and development teams to deliver cohesive, innovative branding solutions that meet client goals and reflect the agency's creative standards.
Revenue Growth : Identify and drive growth opportunities within existing accounts, actively contributing to the agency's revenue targets through strategic relationship development.
Quality Control : Oversee project deliverables to ensure that quality standards, timelines, and budgets are met, while keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned.
Reporting and Analytics : Generate performance reports that measure branding outcomes, campaign success, and identify areas for optimization.

Required
7+ years of experience in account management, ideally within an agency environment focused on hospitality brands. Experience as a head of marketing or brand for a hotel in addition to agency experience is a plus.
Proven track record of managing high-profile accounts and delivering successful branding and marketing solutions.
Exceptional communication and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams.
Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and a keen awareness of trends, competitive insights, and brand positioning.
Proficient in project management tools to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is ideal, but not required.
Preferred
Expert understanding of hospitality processes and terminology
Strategic and analytical thinking skills.
Familiarity with digital marketing and social media strategies in hospitality.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with meticulous attention to detail.
