Responsibilities

Prepares a variety of correspondence, reports, and other documents.

Reviews and finalizes correspondence/documents for grammar, spelling, capitalization, punctuation, and format.

Reviews and processes incoming/outgoing correspondence, material, publications, regulations, and directives.

Prepares, reviews, coordinates, submits, and maintains time and attendance records in accordance with procedures.

Review, consolidates, coordinates, submits, and maintains CAC request documents and database in accordance with procedures.

Requisitions office supplies, printing support, related materials and services.

Coordinates meeting arrangements and schedules meetings or conferences.

Screens incoming mail to identify what needs to be brought to the attention of the supervisor, referred to appropriate staff, rerouted to other organization/offices or handled personally.

Monitor and establish process for reviewing suspense emails and bring to supervisors attention to ensure suspense dates are met.

Conduct branch safety reviews and maintain safety log files.
