Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for on-site and on-call services.

Monitor and improve the performance of 100+ national team members to ensure client satisfaction and efficiency.

Develop and implement a strategic operational plan in collaboration with the Executive Team and in line with departmental budget.

Lead and mentor the Director of On-Site Operations and Director of On-Call Operations, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

Ensure proper training, development, and resource allocation for team members.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.

Act as a key point of contact for escalations and client engagement.

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve service delivery, employee satisfaction, and profitability.

Collaborate with the Executive Team to align operations with the Company's vision and goals.

Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.

Mitigate risks and manage claims related to operational activities.
