Responsibilities
Full Stack Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams to convert requirements into actionable technical specifications. Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of state-of-the-art web applications using both front-end and back-end tech stacks.
Database Management: Oversee the design and optimization of our databases, emphasizing data modeling, querying, indexing, security, and efficient data access.
Code Maintenance and Refactoring: Engage in rigorous code reviews, identify bugs, improve performance, and refactor for scalability.
Testing and QA: Lead the charge in rigorous application testing, pushing for automation and ensuring our software's highest quality.
Performance Optimization: Proactively analyze and enhance application performance for a seamless user experience.
Version Control and Collaboration: Master version control systems to foster efficient code collaboration and continuous integration/delivery.
Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Be our eyes and ears in the tech world, staying updated on the latest in web development and bringing the best to NEW EIC.

Required
Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Financial Engineering, AI, or a related field.
Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Proficiency in server-side languages like Node.js and Python.
Experience with database management, including data modeling and optimization.
Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
