Responsibilities
Engages with business stakeholders to identify and define high level business requirements.
Collaborates with lead functional consultants in driving and delivering SAP solutions and partners with business process owners to elicit and document functional requirements.
Partners with business process owners and other technology groups to create foundational artifacts (testing scripts, process documentation, training, etc.).
Collaborates with AMS service providers to ensure best practices are used to configure and develop SAP solutions.
Supports business teams in all testing activities and engages in incident resolution and data recovery.
Works with business process owners to support data migration as required in project execution.
Participates in Incident Root Cause Analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions.
Serves as overall escalation point for all Tier 1 applications, managing SLAs and KPIs with AMS with exposure to basic ITIL processes (IM, RF, PM, CM).

Required
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems management or related technology field is required.
Certifications required for SAP MM, PP and SD.
5 to 7 years in leading SAP ECC MM, SD and PP project work and support; SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
Experience in process manufacturing, chemical industry.
Proven track record of success in collaborating in full cycle SAP implementations.
Broad exposure to SAP solutions implemented in diverse business functions required.
Excellent interpersonal skills with exceptional influencing and written communication skills.
Candidates are required to have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred
Experience with Plant Maintenance and Quality Management is a plus.
Desired previous experience in migration to SAP S/4HANA migration (brownfield or greenfield).
Previous experience in a managed service environment a plus.
