Responsibilities

Lead ERP go-live hyper care support initiatives in the North America transportation team

Executing operational systems support and data cleansing activities

Play an active role in SEC project deployment

Business continuity

Data cleansing

Operational support

Leading and fostering key relationships with internal partners: trade and transportation operational and tech teams, analytics, and product flow

SAPRoot cause analysisMS OfficeIntegrated supply chain managementERP systems

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education experience and training

Relevant work experience in systems support or operations

SAP experience (PO, SO, ASN)

Proficient in MS Office with knowledge in Excel

Root cause analysis savvy with data; Manual work some cases big issues working with thousands of documents

Ability to identify the root cause of systemic and operational issues and implement solutions

Ability to communicate effectively with peers and leadership

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience with integrated supply chain management and ERP systems
