Responsibilities

Own development of SQL Development and SQL Server performance optimization.

Implement and maintain database architecture, including table indexes and statistics, ensuring optimal performance.

Perform database and table maintenance tasks using appropriate tools and techniques.

Utilize Microsoft SQL Change Tracking, Change Data Tracking, Broker Services, and Replication as needed.

Collaborate with Data Visualization team to break down raw data.

Collaborate with Data Scientists on statistical analysis.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient database solutions.

Provide expertise and guidance on database design and best practices to junior developers and team members.

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SQL Server technologies and incorporate them into projects where applicable.
