Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end order management processes, including order processing, logistics coordination, tracking, and validation of proof of delivery for equipment
Initiate and manage Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) with vendors, ensuring all requirements are met
Monitor vendor activities to ensure timely repair or replenishment of equipment, tracking progress, reporting updates, and escalating issues as needed
Oversee vendor contract management, ensuring compliance with RMAs, warranties, and entitlement requirements
Support lifecycle and asset management functions for inventories and orders related to Critical Spares, Logistics, and CPE programs
Execute inventory planning and control, including forecasting, staging, and procurement, to maintain optimal stock levels for Critical Spares and CPE

Required
2+ years of experience in an analyst role, demonstrating strong analytical capabilities
Proven organizational skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and fostering effective teamwork
Exceptional listening skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities
Self-motivated and able to work independently while thriving in collaborative team environments
Highly detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with hands-on experience in Excel and other analytical tools
