Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with revenue goals, focusing on initiatives that improve productivity, increase close rates, and support team growth.
Design and lead onboarding programs for new sales team members and provide ongoing training for existing staff. Work with sales leaders to address skill gaps and continuously develop team capabilities.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create and maintain sales materials—such as playbooks, presentations, case studies, and battle cards—that support each stage of the sales process
Evaluate and enhance sales processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Implement scalable solutions that streamline workflows across the team.

Required

3+ years in sales enablement, training, or a similar role within the SaaS industry
In-depth knowledge of SaaS sales processes and best practices
Demonstrated success in designing and implementing sales enablement programs that drive measurable impact
Strong analytical skills and experience working with CRM systems and performance metrics; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders to drive alignment and collaboration
Self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Preferred

Knowledge of the Value Selling framework
Knowledge of Salesforce, Salesloft, Zoominfo, and Sales Navigator
