Responsibilities

Design, implement, and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ to align with business requirements and security best practices.

Customize workflows, connectors, and policies within SailPoint to enhance identity governance.

Support the integration of applications, databases, and directories into the SailPoint platform.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to provisioning, access certification, and identity lifecycle management.

Assist with the development and deployment of role-based access control (RBAC) and access provisioning workflows.

Provide technical guidance on SailPoint best practices, including scalability, security, and compliance.

Support periodic updates, patches, and upgrades to the SailPoint environment.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and applications.

Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.

Provide on-demand support for critical project milestones and troubleshooting.

Required

Proven experience working as a SailPoint Engineer, Consultant, or Developer, with expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow.

In-depth knowledge of identity and access management concepts, including user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and access certifications.

Experience integrating SailPoint with directories (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP), applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and databases.

Strong understanding of SailPoint APIs, scripting (e.g., Java, BeanShell, or PowerShell), and custom connector development.
