Responsibilities
Manage Customer Onboarding: Ensure successful implementation of the platform and optimal utilization by clients.
Collaborate with Clients: Assist in configuring complex forms tailored for various teams and use cases.
Address Technical Challenges: Solve platform issues by writing code or coordinating with the product engineering team.
Advocate for Customers: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, conveying their needs and feedback.
Present to Diverse Audiences: Showcase product results to engineers and C-suite executives.
Conduct Product Demos: Lead demonstrations, answer client questions, and share best practices.
Overcome Adoption Blockers: Identify and eliminate obstacles to customer adoption through content creation, education, product enhancements, and training.
Serve as Technical Point of Contact: Be the primary technical liaison for clients, providing exceptional support.
Support Team Growth: Participate in the interview process to help expand the team of implementation engineers.

Required
Proven experience in roles that require strong communication skills with clients.
Skilled with REST and SOAP integrations.
Familiarity with technologies like Node.js, Python, or Ruby.
Hands-on experience with databases such as PostgreSQL.
