Required

8+ years of experience in mobile application development for iOS and Android platforms

Implement and manage localization features within mobile applications

Utilize the Kamen platform for seamless integration and enhanced user experience

Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues effectively

Engage in Agile development practices, participating in sprints and stand-up meetings

Collaborate with offshore teams for project handoff and delegation of tasks

Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies

Proficiency in Xcode and Swift (iOS) or Android Studio and Kotlin (Android)

Strong knowledge of hybrid technology frameworks such as Cordova, PhoneGap, and Ionic

Solid understanding of JavaScript and its frameworks

Experience with cloud technologies and their integration into mobile applications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

React Native: 8 years

Mobile applications: 7 years

Preferred

Previous experience in the benefits outsourcing industry or Health & Insurance
