Responsibilities

Craft messaging frameworks and value proposition statements for our payments offerings
Build and manage the activation of engaging content such as podcasts, videos, thought leadership articles, white papers, case studies, and more, tailored to the specific needs and challenges in B2B Payments and Procure-to-Pay experience
Stay deeply immersed in industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in B2B Payments and Procure-to-Pay, to ensure content remains relevant and valuable to our target audience
Lead the production of educational content that improves our customer experience and their ability to engage with our products
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across sales, product, and marketing organizations
Engage with international teams to scale product marketing content globally
Work closely with marketing managers to integrate features and capabilities into digital campaigns and go-to-market programs
Manage measurement and reporting for product marketing programs and campaigns for regular reviews.
Analyze program performance data and identify opportunities for improvement or investment

Required

6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
Experience communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred

Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights
Experience with Salesforce and Tableau
Experience in audience segmentation and targeting
Experience developing content and marketing strategies for a financial services product
