Responsibilities

Design and develop IT application architectures that solve complex business problems, adhering to enterprise architecture direction and standards.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to define metrics for performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Review emerging technologies, attend knowledge transfer sessions, and identify monitoring and alerting needs.

Advise on best practices, performance enhancements, and application sustainability.

Ensure deployed code does not disrupt operations or degrade system performance.

Provide guidance on modernizing supported applications to optimize costs and improve efficiencies.

Share knowledge and risks with senior leaders and collaborate across teams in the clinical space.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is required

7 or more years of experience as a senior developer in large IT projects, preferably across Provider IT

Prior experience as a project architect and/or team lead

Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Strategic thinking with the ability to advise on the integration of new technologies and system enhancements

Excellent collaboration skills to work with both internal and external teams without direct authority

Strong leadership in technical planning, architecture development, and modification of specifications

Ability to assess compatibility and integration of products/services to maintain an integrated architecture across applications

Preferred

A Master's degree is preferred

Experience with .Net, SQL, Oracle, Mongo Db, Python, Cloud Technologies(Azure, GCP, AWS) preferred

Any cloud certifications are highly preferred
