Responsibilities
Secure and grow market share with key off-highway and industrial OEMs/Tier suppliers for our applications.
Develop and execute deals resulting in sustainable and profitable business growth.
Collaborate with customers, supply base, and internal teams during concept, design, development, production, and delivery phases.
Advocate for customers internally to ensure high-quality service and maintain trust and loyalty.
Create and manage program management processes for technical development activities, including gathering specifications, prints, and requirements from customers.
Develop technical feasibility plans and oversee qualification and product development efforts.
Prepare timelines for newly awarded programs, manage milestones, and lead successful product launches.
Manage assigned key accounts or territories, handling day-to-day interactions and escalations.
Build reliable quotations through internal review processes and present proposals to customers.
Collaborate with inside sales and cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and close sales opportunities.
Assist the Sales leadership team in developing and executing long- and short-term sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
Provide guidance to internal teams on customer-specific requirements and processes.
Combine data analysis and client feedback to optimize solutions and achieve customer objectives.

Required
5+ years of sales or program management experience.
Proven success in closing deals with large OEM accounts is highly desirable.
Strong financial acumen, with the ability to evaluate business cases, assess profitability, and weigh risks for each deal or opportunity.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage client escalations effectively.
Proficient in managing program timelines, milestones, and resources.
Preferred
A Bachelors degree in a technical field or sales/marketing discipline is preferred.
Strong background in the tube or steel industry is a plus.
