Responsibilities
Lead a team of six (6) business analysts and provide direction and guidance as necessary
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) of IFMS for internal and external stakeholders
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Business Process team, including requirements gathering, solutioning, user story creation and decomposition, and unit test plan review
Use Agile methodology to manage the product backlog and assist in sizing and prioritizing change requests with the client and end users
Plan and conduct meetings with the client to discuss business solution options and receive concurrence
Use creative thinking to resolve complex issues that may require adapting existing processes
Work with the development team to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Create and maintain data flow and process diagrams for existing and new features and applications
Create visual mockups of solutions to review with the internal and external stakeholders and perform demos of in-process work
Work with program management to ensure the system development strategy aligns with client priorities
Coordinate and assist in data setup for testing, training, and production environments.

Required
BS/BA degree and 10+ years in an increasing role within a software development environment
3+ years of experience in a Salesforce environment
3+ years of experience in an Agile environment
Knowledge in Atlassian Jira and Confluence or equivalent tool
Works well under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines
Ability to work independently and within a team environment, including providing guidance to team members
Strong interpersonal communication, written communication skills and customer service skills
Ability to explain complex systems and technical topics in a clear, concise manner to others who may have minimal technical knowledge
Ability to communicate effectively with users, clients, and project management
Ability to obtain Public Trust
Must be U.S. citizen
Preferred
Knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
SAFe Scrum Master certification or equivalent
Salesforce Administrator certification
