Responsibilities
Embed within all workstreams to enhance processes and data management techniques in order to establish a foundation on which the organization can scale
Understand the requirements, process and configuration of all workstreams in order to supplement the less than 100% availability of workstream leads during peak times of project involvement and participation needs, stepping in to ensure the project is not delayed

Required
Experience with Workday HCM system
Knowledge of HR and payroll processes
Ability to manage multiple workstreams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience in full life-cycle implementation of HRIS systems
Preferred
Experience with Paycom HRIS system
Familiarity with iCIMS integration
Background in healthcare industry
