Responsibilities

Work closely with various stakeholders to create user-centered designs for a business lines agent experience.

Facilitate co-creation sessions with stakeholders, ensuring all necessary pieces of information are gathered to create the best user experience.

Produce 10-20 screens per week, showcasing high productivity and attention to detail.

Demonstrate a deep understanding of user journeys and create comprehensive journey maps and experience blueprints.

Use Figma (or a similar tool) to design user interfaces and ensure consistent design across the product.

Work with product teams to clarify business processes, define expectations, and draw out critical information.

Proactively gather and review analytics to understand user needs and design with foresight.

Be an empathetic and strong communicator, managing stakeholder relationships and setting clear expectations on what can be achieved.

Support the migration to a new design system, contributing to the implementation process.

Required

Strong background in corporate product design (corporate experience preferred over agency).

Experience in designing and architecting user journeys, with a clear understanding of the architecture and functionality behind user flows.

Knowledge of design systems, with prior experience migrating or implementing design systems being a plus.

Proficient in Figma or similar design tools.

Expertise in journey mapping, experience blueprints, and information architecture.

Familiarity with working on MacOS.

Strong design skills and attention to visual detail.

Excellent facilitation and relationship-building abilities.

Ability to influence and align various stakeholders across multiple teams.

Strong initiative and proactive approach to gathering and clarifying information.

Team player who can collaborate effectively with product managers, business analysts, and other designers.

Preferred

Previous experience in the personal lines or business lines insurance industry is highly beneficial.
