Responsibilities
Collaborates with the BU Brand Managers to execute all shopper programs and ensure alignment with the overall brand strategies.
Leads providing all creative, assets and required content to the shopper agency and shopper vendors for all program execution.
Budget management support for all shopper programs.
Build local and national strategic cross-promotional partnerships to provide meal solutions that drive incremental displays at retail.
Collaborate with Retail Sales to leverage customer goals and insights to develop shopper programs to drive BU growth and build brand equity.
Track, measure and post evaluation of all major activity in plan, in order to continually improve shopper impact effectiveness and ROI.
Leverage key learnings across all Flowers Foods Brands to drive smarter decisions and efficiencies.
Supports the oversight of a $12M Shopper Marketing Budget.
Stay current on shopper marketing trends and the best ways to leverage to impact shopper behavior.

Required
Bachelor’s degree
Preferred
3+ years’ experience in marketing or brand management
