Responsibilities

Build creative strategies, invent ad concepts and campaign ideas that balance the needs of our advertising clients with the tastes of our audience.

Write concept pitches, RFP responses and communications that embody Reddit’s sensibilities across our growing Tech advertiser base.

Translate client value propositions into strategies, language and visuals that Redditors find appealing and actionable.

Inspire, educate, and drive client action through narrative-driven presentations and digital or IRL workshops that convey Reddit’s Business proposition.

Act as a creative consultant and platform expert to Reddit’s tech-focused clients.

Required

4+ years of experience in advertising, PR, media, and/or social media–platform experience a plus.

Experience working in partnership with Sales teams.

Experience pitching concepts to clients virtually and IRL.

Proven understanding of the relationship between creative agencies, media agencies & brands.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.

Proficient in Google Slides.

Portfolio of previous work.

Preferred

Creative Strategy experience at a social media platform.

Previous experience working on Tech clients.

Media (integrated marketing or creative strategy) and/or creative agency experience.

Experience writing professionally for the internet–blogs, articles, social media.
