Responsibilities
You will create conceptual yet performance metrics driven work such as paid social, display, email, OLV, and landing pages while satisfying the branding requirements of our client.
You will develop on-brand creative activations rooted in strategy that serve as a framework for bringing art and messaging to life for specific audiences, across channels.
You will partner with our teams to create concepts that enhance response strategies and achieve client goals.
You will apply audience insights, strategic frameworks, and direct response best practices to your work.
You understand unique audiences and creating content that is relevant to each.
You will stay current with the latest trends and technologies (e.g., DCO, Content Velocity, Dynamic Video, Modular Content Systems).
You will present work both internally and to our clients while building client relationships.

Required
3 years minimum Art Direction experience in creative advertising and performance creative.
Must have solid design and art direction experience, with the ability to conceptualize and execute ideas.
Must have experience with paid ads, banners, display ads, landing pages, OLV, and email.
Must be available to work PST hours.
Preferred
A background in tech and product launches is preferred.
