Vendor Relations Specialist- Part Time

Responsibilities
Conducting provider research: Pro-actively searching for new providers in specific regions/countries, including vetting new provider requests internally and externally.
Provider data collection: Engaging with existing providers to collect rules of engagement, key contact information, service provider geographical footprints, operational workflows and processes, and escalation paths.
Quality assurance:Through various reporting, perform quality assurance checks on the database to identify discrepancies, update, and reflect accurately. Specifically confirming;
Provider contact information (i.e. sales, project management, finance, and escalation paths)
Provider statuses (active verses 'do not engage')
Provider services (connectivity verses contact center)
Contract status (direct verses master agent, including when contract renewals are due.)
Provider inventory details (main solutions and products sold)
Foster collaboration:
Respond to internal general provider questions (i.e. emails, chat messages, database tickets & tasks).
Assist with provider onboarding for new and existing providers. Communicating between providers and Advantage teams to support company alignment, sales engagement, and operational best practices.

Required
Excellent team and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and providers.
Strong business judgment, analytical thinking skills, and attention to detail.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office especially with Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's Degree in Business/Related field of study or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the telecommunications/IT space.
