Responsibilities
Deliver dynamic and engaging training and coaching to customer-facing professionals and their leaders in virtual and in-person modalities
Expand relationships and increase sales within existing accounts by selling additional training and services
Generate new business opportunities from both inbound and outbound leads
Develop and create online course materials within our Learning Management System (LMS) based on each client’s needs
Have a professional and engaging social media presence to drive sales and build a brand
Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers, deliver a legendary customer experience, and retain your accounts
Collaborate and contribute to curriculum design and development
Communicate frequently with clients and learners through email, video calls, and phone calls

Required
Proven experience as a successful sales representative or sales leader
Self-discipline to work independently and effectively in an unstructured environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to connect effectively and confidently via phone, email, and video.
Proficient with technology and strong time discipline skills
Ability to perform well under pressure and proactively address challenges.
A robust work ethic and openness to feedback.
