Responsibilities
Act as a project manager for the marketing team, assisting with execution and organization of all marketing projects
Ensure timelines, deliverables, and goals stay on track
Develop agendas, record notes, and assign action items for meetings
Organize marketing assets and update files with new materials regularly
Help develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
Collaborate on Powerpoint/Canva presentations
Communicate with other departments to manage projects and updates
Work with content team to submit asset requests and track deliverables
Work with website team and utilize CMS to execute simple website changes
Work with franchise team to complete marketing milestones for new store openings
Share marketing initiatives and assets with franchisees and provide support for ongoing requests
Share marketing initiatives and instructions for execution with store staff
Other duties as assigned

Required
Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing preferred)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Incredibly organized and strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects across departments
Prioritize tasks based on deadlines and importance
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others and also proactively work alone
Experience with project management software required, Asana is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite required, Canva is a plus
Preferred
1 year of marketing experience is preferred
