Required
An active Life & Health Insurance Producer License in your resident state PLUS 4 additional states
At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
Phone etiquette and great verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Goal-orientation & excellent sales skills
A passion for insurance and charisma to connect with people
The desire to be a NON-CAPTIVE agent
The computer savvy to learn and use customized software and applications, as well as the ability to navigate multiple open tabs, systems and processes simultaneously
The desire for flexible hours
The drive to be your own boss
