Responsibilities
Strategic Microsoft Partnership Management: Develop and enhance Lunavi’s position within the Microsoft partner community by aligning business strategies, fostering joint initiatives, and showcasing Lunavi’s unique strengths in Azure Cloud, Data and AI solutions, application development and management, private and hybrid cloud solutions, and managed services.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Development: Identify and develop partner-initiated opportunities to build a robust sales pipeline and meet or exceed revenue targets, leveraging Microsoft’s partner programs and resources.
Partner Program & Funding Management: Oversee Microsoft’s partner programs to maximize incentives, co-selling opportunities, and available resources, ensuring compliance with all program requirements. Support funding acquisition for joint marketing campaigns, solution development, and other key initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Direct and work closely with Lunavi’s sales, marketing, and technical, and operational teams to co-develop go-to-market strategies, execute customer engagement plans, partner enablement materials, and deliver tailored solutions that align with customer and partner objectives.
Partnership Differentiation Strategy: Drive initiatives that position Lunavi as a trusted and preferred partner within the Microsoft partner community. This includes the promotion of our Azure consulting expertise, modern application solutions, and managed service offerings to enhance joint business impact.
Exploring & Expanding New Partnerships: Proactively identify, evaluate, and establish new strategic partnerships with other leading vendors, master agents, and channel companies to strengthen Lunavi’s market presence and solution portfolio.
Certification & Compliance Management: Ensure Lunavi maintains all necessary certifications and adheres to partnership obligations while keeping pace with evolving industry and program changes.
Performance Reporting & Metrics Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators related to partnerships, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations for growth and continuous improvement.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform partnership strategies. Proactively manage Vendor and Lunavi GTM marketing initiatives.
Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales teams to enable and support partner-led sales efforts, including training, co-selling, and joint marketing activities.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft ecosystem alliance management, or business development within the IT sector.
Proven track record of managing strategic partnerships with Microsoft, executive relationships at Microsoft.
Familiarity with cloud technologies, particularly Azure, Data and AI solutions, and enterprise IT platforms.
Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Expertise in managing and differentiating within complex partner ecosystems.
Experience in securing partner funding, developing go-to-market strategies, and driving lead generation initiatives.
Ability to collaborate across departments and work effectively with external partners.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a focus on results and impact.
Preferred
Experience with Agile, DevOps, and digital transformation solutions.
Familiarity with private and hybrid cloud solutions, managed services, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies or partnership management.
