Responsibilities
Building and deploying email campaigns, managing audience lists, making landing page optimizations, and creating journey automation workflows to support data-driven marketing strategies.
Managing and updating timelines in project management tools to align with content calendar.
Proactively monitoring and maintaining the integrity and accuracy of CRM data.
Developing and documenting CRM processes, guidelines, and best practices.
Administer and provide day-to-day campaign execution and optimization for internal brand teams, managing independent digital marketing tasks without oversight to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain database integrity through cleansing, appending, and extracting, ensuring excellent data hygiene.
Troubleshoot and QA digital marketing campaigns for database best practices and essential marketing ops functions.
Assist in the building of workflows, lists, properties, emails, landing pages, forms, and other key CRM assets.
Deliver regular reports and analysis on key marketing automation campaign metrics.
Recommend innovative solutions to challenges and continuously drive improvements.

Required
3-5 years of hands-on experience supporting digital marketing initiatives, managing data health, and configuring marketing technology platforms.
Experience in administering CRM software and the HubSpot platform.
Strong verbal and written communication skills that leave an impact.
Proficiency with CRM/marketing automation platforms (preferably HubSpot), as well as with project management tools (such as ClickUp), and analytics tools (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager).
Someone who is naturally self-motivated, highly organized, and detail oriented. Thrives in collaborative remote team environments.
